Launch the Monitok app on your device.

Tap on the small icon representing your profile, located at the top left corner of your screen.

From the dropdown menu, tap on the 'Profile' button.

Update your profile details as needed, such as phone number, email, or any other relevant information.

Once you've made the desired edits, don't forget to save them by tapping on the 'Save' button.
