Why was my account rejected?

Your application may not have been fully approved — but in most cases, it’s easy to fix!

Accounts are sometimes rejected for incorrectly putting your DOB or SS#, a mismatch in address on the application compared to your drivers license ( Your ID will need to be updated to reflect your current address) , a freeze has been added to your credit via Equifax (Freeze must be lifted)<ul><li>If there is a fraud victim alert or a temporary fraud alert on your credit file, manual review may be required, and Monorail may not be able to approve the application until the alert is resolved or removed.</li><li>Contact the credit bureau maintaining the fraud alert to check its status and resolve it if necessary to move forward with your application.</li><li>Locked or frozen Equifax credit files can also result in rejection due to security restrictions. Unfreezing your file through the Equifax website or mobile app will allow the clearing firm to reassess your case.</li></ul>, address is listed as a P.O box, or your linked bank account has less than $100.

Once received, a support agent will confirm if there is any further documentation needed. we’ll pass it along to our clearing partner for review. Most appeals take up 48 business hours to overturn for approval. A support agent will then notify you when the clearing house has approved your application.
