Accounts are sometimes rejected due to a mismatch in personal information or a missing identity verification document. In some cases, if your linked checking account has a balance under $100, the system may automatically trigger a rejection based on funding requirements.

To restart the approval process, we’ll need a clear image of your driver’s license or state-issued ID.
You can submit your ID securely through the customer chat portal in the app or on the website, or email it to us directly at support@monorail.com.
Once received, we’ll pass it along to our clearing partner for review. Most approvals take about 48 business hours.
