How is the Impact Score of My ETFs Calculated?

We calculate ETF Impact Scores based on how much of each ETF you hold โ€” bigger positions have more impact.

๐Ÿ“ฆ ETFs are scored similarly to individual stocks: using a weighted average based on your position sizes.

That means ETFs with larger dollar amounts in your portfolio will shape your score the most.
โ€‹

๐Ÿ“ Formula:
โ€‹(ETF A Score ร— % of ETF Holdings A) + (ETF B Score ร— % in B) + โ€ฆ

โ€‹Example:

  • $9,000 in ETF A (Score = 20)

  • $1,000 in ETF B (Score = 80)
    ๐Ÿงฎ Score = (20 ร— 0.9) + (80 ร— 0.1) = 26
    โ€‹

๐Ÿ’ก Note: The ETFโ€™s own score is based on what it holds internally โ€” including its exposure to high or low scoring companies.
