How Do I Liquidate Funds in My Portfolio?

Learn how to request a liquidation of your portfolio funds in the Monorail app.

To liquidate funds from your portfolio:

  1. Log in to the Monorail app

  2. Navigate to the "General Investing" section

  3. Scroll down and tap "Withdraw"

  4. Under the withdrawal amount, tap the link to request a liquidation

  5. This sends a request directly to our team for processing

πŸ•’ Once the liquidation is processed, your funds will be available for withdrawal by the next business day.

πŸ’‘ Note: The liquidation request is reviewed and actioned by our team as soon as it’s received during market hours. If we receive your liquidation request after business or market hours it will be placed ASAP. Your funds will be available to withdraw 1-3 Business days after your liquidation. Once your withdraw is complete it can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your linked bank account depending on your financial institution.
