To liquidate funds from your portfolio:
Log in to the Monorail app
Go to General Investing
Scroll down to Withdraw Funds
If you want to withdraw more than what’s available, tap the green link “Please request a liquidation.”
This sends a request directly to our team for processing. Once the liquidation is complete, log back into the Monorail app the next business day to withdraw your available funds to your linked bank account.
Note:
Liquidation requests received after market hours are processed the next business day.
Funds are typically available for withdrawal within 1–2 business days after liquidation, and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reach your bank account after you withdraw from the monorail app.
Do not unlink your bank account until your funds have been successfully deposited.
