How to Request a Liquidation
To initiate a liquidation for your retirement account:
Log into your Monorail app.
Select your retirement account.
Scroll down to the area where you would normally initiate a withdrawal.
Look for the small sentence that states:
“If you want to withdraw more than what is available, please request a liquidation.”
Tap “request a liquidation.”
Once liquidation is complete, a team member will initiate the withdraw to your linked bank account
