Why am I being charged $5 for a paper Statement?

If you are being charged a $5 paper statement fee, it is often because electronic statements are not being successfully delivered to your email address.

This can happen if emails from Monorail, ViewTrade, or Apex Clearing have been blocked, marked as spam, rejected by your email provider, or if your email address has been changed.

To help prevent future paper statement fees:

If your email address is different from the one originally used to sign up, please contact support to update it.

Check your email provider’s blocked sender list and ensure messages are not being filtered or blocked.

Unblock any email addresses or domains associated with Monorail, ViewTrade, and Apex Clearing.

Add the following senders to your safe sender or contacts list:

Also, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for any missed communications.

Once electronic delivery is restored, future statements should be delivered electronically, and the $5 paper statement fee will no longer be charged.
