Odd Behavior? Submit a Bug to Help Monorail Improve!

Submit a bug report from the app using diagnostics. Contact Support if you’re unable to access your funds.

We're sorry you ran into a bug—that's frustrating. But if something’s not working, we want to fix it fast, and you can help by submitting a quick bug report from within the app.


🛠 How to Submit a Bug Report

  1. Open the Main Menu in the Monorail app

  2. Tap “More Info”

  3. Toggle on “Enable Diagnostics”

  4. Fully restart the Monorail app


🔄 Then, Within 60 Seconds:

  1. Repeat the steps that triggered the bug

  2. Take a screenshot of the issue

  3. If no prompt appears, shake your device

  4. In the dark pop-up, enter the email address linked to your account

  5. Tap “Send” to submit your report

Our development team will review the report and get to work fixing the issue.
