🛠 How to Submit a Bug Report
Open the Main Menu in the Monorail app
Tap “More Info”
Toggle on “Enable Diagnostics”
Fully restart the Monorail app
🔄 Then, Within 60 Seconds:
Repeat the steps that triggered the bug
Take a screenshot of the issue
If no prompt appears, shake your device
In the dark pop-up, enter the email address linked to your account
Tap “Send” to submit your report
Our development team will review the report and get to work fixing the issue.
