Why Is My Account Suspended?

We’re sorry to hear your account was suspended! There are a few common reasons this may happen:


1️⃣ Failed ACH Deposit
A failed ACH deposit can automatically trigger an permanent account suspension. please request a live agent in our in app chat.


2️⃣ Fraud or Security Concerns
Accounts may be flagged for potential fraudulent activity or security issues, resulting in a temporary freeze.

🔹 If you believe this is a mistake, contact Monorail Customer Support for review.
🔹 If your account was created without your knowledge, take steps to protect your identity and report the issue.


3️⃣ Potential Ongoing Issue
Some accounts opened over a year ago may have errors due to incorrectly filled applications. We are currently working on a fix.

A representative will review your account and follow up with you once the issue is resolved.
