If a withdrawal transfer appears as "Complete" in the Monorail app but has yet to arrive in your connected bank account, please rest assured that your funds have successfully posted and are being processed by your connected banking institution.

The connected bank may take a bit longer to reflect the transfer than it takes for the transfer to show a "Complete" status in the Monorail app. This can happen when a withdrawal completes on a Friday afternoon after the connected bank finishes its last update cycle until Monday morning. Typically, this is only noticeable over the weekend.

If you encounter this discrepancy, the transfer will appear in your connected account on the next business day (timing can vary depending on your bank).

If your account does not begin to reflect a "Complete" withdrawal within 2 business days, please reach out to Customer Support and we will check on your transfer!
