For investment features, a consolidated Form 1099 may be issued on or by February 15th of each year for every applicable underlying financial account. Please note that in some cases issuance of tax documents can be postponed and revisions can be made. If an underlying account had no investment activity and there is nothing to report to the IRS for a given year, a tax form might not be issued for that account.
