Yes, you can close your Monorail account at any time. Just follow the steps below to make sure everything is wrapped up properly.
Step 1: Withdraw or Transfer Your Funds
Before requesting account closure:
✅ Withdraw or transfer all funds from your Monorail accounts
✅ If you have an IRA, you’ll need to roll it over to another provider first
Step 2: Request Account Closure
Once your accounts are cleared:
Log in to the Monorail app
Go to the Customer Support chat
Request to close your account
Step 3: We’ll Handle the Rest
Our team will begin the closure process. Your account will be fully closed within 1–3 business days once everything is processed.
