Section A: Hardware Setup
1. Connect your charge point to a PC or a local network
You can establish a connection with your charge point in one of two ways:
Connect the charge point to your PC.
Connect your charge point to a local network via Wifi or an Ethernet port
2. Open up internet browser to 192.168.30.126

3. Log into the admin panel
To log into the admin panel, please use the following credentials:
Username: admin
Password: gsroot

4. Select "Settings" and expand the section "OCPP Type Selector"
Open the side menu, by clicking on the top left corner button. Once you have accessed this section click on "Settings" and expand the "OCPP Type Selector"

5. Select “OCPP 1.6 JSON”
In the "OCPP Type" section, select "OCPP 1.6 JSON" and press on "Save"

6. Wait for the page to reload and expand on “OCPP 1.6 JSON" Setup
After the page has reloaded you can click on "OCPP 1.6 JSON" and fill in your charge point's details.
7. Fill in details and press "Save"
Please fill in the fields, with the following information:

Central station IP address: wss://ocpp.monta.app
Central station TCP Port : 443
Central Station path: /ocpp16_json
Charge box identity: [Input the serial number of the charge box]
After filling our all information, press on "Save". If all the parameters have been entered correctly, the OCPP connection will now be completed successfully.
Section B: Setting up on the Monta Portal
Before setting up in the Monta Portal create the team. Here you can find information about how to create the team on Monta Portal and where to add your charge point.
1. Add Charge Point
On Monta Portal click on "Add charge point" under Teams section.

2. Add Charge Point Settings
Select Scame and the charge point model, put max charging power (this information can be find on the charge point box or should have been provided by the manufacturer in this case Scame) and select supported connector type.

3. Add Charge Point Details

You can add an existing Charge point group or create one for that specific location. If you already have a Charge point group pointing to the location of the charge point it will be added automatically.
4. Connect to Monta

Important! If you choose "Not now" you can connect your charge point to Monta later. Click on Charge Point Name - Set Integration.
5. Select Brand

6. Select Model

7. Select Integration Method

8. OCPP Integration
Important!! At this point of installation you will need to have the charge point serial number. Add Charge Point identifier and click on "Done, what's next?"

9. Check Connection

10. Verifying
Here we verify your connection to Monta. Please wait until the loading bar reaches 100%.

11. Perfecto! You are now connected to Monta!

Congrats! 🤗 You have now successfully installed your charge point to Monta.
