1. What does Inactive charge point mean?
When adding a charge point to Monta Portal you will be asked if to "Set charge point active". If you are setting a charge point for only testing and you should indicate NO.
Charge point will be in inactive state.
Keep in mind that a charge point in an inactive mode will be used only for testing the setup. An inactive charge point will have limited functionalities, start and stop. This option can be used only for a limited period of time until charge point is in use.
2. What does Active charge point mean?
An active charge point is connected to Monta with its full functionality and a user will start paying for it if it has a paid plan.
Charge point will be in active state and available for Monta users.
