Did you know that you can invite as many team members as you want at once? We have some great news - yes, it is possible! 😎

You can easily invite multiple team members by uploading a CSV file with the e-mail addresses of the new team members.

  1. Go to Teams

1. Go to Teams

On the left side of the menu bar you will find "Teams" section. Go ahead and click on it.

2. Choose the team

Here you will find the list of all the teams operated by you. Go ahead and pick the team to which you would like to invite new team members. In order to do so click on the team name.

3. Go to the section members

To invite new team members you go to the sections "Members". Go ahead and click on it.

4. Invite new members

Here you can see the list of the current members and you can also invite new ones. In order to do so click on "Invite new member".

5. Invite many at once

In order to use bulk invite click on "Invite many at once".

6. Download the CSV file

Here in order to invite many team members at once you will need first to download CSV-template. Once dowloaded enter the E-Mail addresses of the new members to the file. It is important save it as an CSV file.

7. Upload the CSV file

After entering the E-Mail addresses and saving the CSV file upload it to Monta Portal. Click on "Choose file" and browse for the file. Once you upload the CSV file, you click on "Import & Invite" to send the bulk invitation to the new members.

When the process is done, you will receive a confirmation email that the import of the file and invitation has been completed.

8. User role and price group

When you send team invitations by bulk the user role for all new team members will be "Member". They will be assigned to the default member price group. To change the user role and member price group follow this guide: How to change settings of members?
