This is a guide that shows how to install Monta on your charge point. If you want to connect your charge point to your Monta account, please follow the steps in the end of the guide.

Please note that when you connect your charge point to Monta, we become the operator of the charge point. This means that you need to use Monta to control the charging process.

  2. Wait for confirmation that OCPP is changed

  3. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account

1. Contact Siemens support

In order to connect the charge point to Monta you will need to contact Siemens Support:
Support for VersiCharge: emobility_support.si@siemens.com
Support for SiCharge D: emobility.dk@siemens.com
Add your charge point serial number in the email and ask support to move the charge point to "Monta Prod"
When they will receive your request, Siemens support will change the OCPP url to ws://ocpp.monta.app

2. Wait for confirmation that OCPP is changed

After you get the confirmation from Siemens that the charge point is now connected to Monta, you can continue the integration process in Monta app or Portal.

3. Connecting the charge point to your Monta account

Now you need to add and connect your charge point to your Monta account.

You can do this through either the Monta app or Monta Portal.
