Hello,

Thanks to one of our Listeners in Sweden we have confirmed what a majority of the issues with Moody Radio might be, especially for our international audience.

One of the primary reasons you might be having issues with Moody Radio may be with DNS resolving. If you noticed a trend that nothing on your network connects to Moody Radio this may be the culprit.

Our streams play on URLs such as: primary.moodyradiostream.org
But if your local DNS server cannot find an address for primary.moodyradiostream.org it will go searching other DNS server's databases for the address it needs. What you need to do is use a different DNS server than you are currently using or WhiteListing our primary server addresses on your DNS server.

Example: primary.moodyradiostream.org = http://50.22.253.43/ (or IP 50.22.253.43)
This IP address http://50.22.253.43/wcrf.mp3 relates to this DNS address lookup: http://primary.moodyradiostream.org/wcrf.mp3

If you need to change your DNS server this link can help you find a good one and walk your through the basics: https://www.lifewire.com/free-and-public-dns-servers-2626062

If you want to try white listing on your local DNS server you will be able to access that stream without changing your DNS server. You should add this IP address, as well as the IP addresses for each stream onto your WhiteList in your Router's settings.

 Thank you,
 -The Moody Technical Team
