Head to your device's Settings, then tap Apps.

Select Moody Radio from the list of apps.

Tap on the "Clear Cache" option. This will delete temporary storage which is stored, while you browse Moody Radio.

then select the Trash can icon and clear the Cache.

Then return on page back and tap "Uninstall App" and confirm. This action will delete any leftover documents and data.

Once the app is deleted, press and hold the power button and either volume button until it gives you the option to power off the device.

Click "Power off".

After your phone shuts down, wait a couple of minutes.

Press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until the screen turns on.

Switch your device back on and install Moody Radio from the Play Store.
