Moonbuddy is designed for children between 6 and 12 years old. That said, every child is different. Some 5-year-olds may already feel comfortable with the breathing rhythms, while others might still find it a bit abstract.
We use the age guideline because younger kids sometimes have trouble understanding how to follow the exercises. But if your child gets the idea and enjoys the practice, moonbuddy can definitely work, even if they’re slightly younger.
