To discover your optimal breathing rate, follow the ‘Personal exercise’ journey in the app. During this session, moonbird uses a built-in PPG sensor (like the ones hospitals use on your finger) to read your heart signals. Based on that data, an algorithm calculates the breathing rate your body responds to most, helping you reach a deeper state of relaxation.
Tips for best results:
Rest your thumb gently on the sensor (like touching your phone screen — no need to press)
Watch the app screen to track your heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), and coherence level during the session
