In case you encounter a malfunction please reach out to us at hello@moonbird.life, and we'll be happy to help. We will provide a replacement if necessary. Please send us a picture or a video of the defect so we can get a better understanding of the issue.

The general warranty period from the date of original purchase is two years.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration or damage caused by general wear and tear, physical or natural destruction, accident, misuse, neglect or other external causes. Any attempt to take moonbird apart invalidates the warranty.
