Once your return arrives, it can take a couple of days to be checked and cleared at our fulfilment centre. As soon as we get the green light, we’ll process your refund.
Where will my refund be sent?

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method or account used for the original purchase. For instance, if you paid using a specific credit card, such as a Mastercard, the refund will be credited back to that card. Similarly, if you paid through another method, such as a bank account or digital wallet, the refund will be directed to that same payment method. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to refund via another method.
