If your moonbird arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@moonbird.life and include a detailed description of the issue along with photos and/or a video. This helps us understand the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Step 1: Contact support
Get in touch with our support team before sending anything back. We'll confirm whether the device is defective and guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Arrange the return
If the device is confirmed defective, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack your moonbird securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, such as the charging cable and storage pouch.
Step 3: Receive your replacement
Once we receive and process your return, we'll ship a replacement moonbird to your address.
