Yes, moonbird is safe to use for most people. It’s a consumer product designed to help you relax through slow, guided breathing. However, moonbird is not a medical device, and it’s not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.

In general, slow breathing exercises are safe and beneficial. That said, if you have a medical condition like asthma, COPD or if you feel unwell during a breathing session, we recommend checking with your doctor first.

If you’re new to breathing exercises, your body might need a little time to adjust. Give yourself a few sessions, after a couple of weeks, most users start to feel more calm, in control, and connected with their body.
