Moonbird connects to the app via Bluetooth. When Bluetooth is not activated on your phone, the app will automatically notify you to switch it on. To turn on Bluetooth, go to your phone settings.
Having trouble connecting?
If the connection isn't working, go through the following steps:
Give your moonbird a gentle shake. You should see a green blinking LED. If not, contact us at hello@moonbird.life.
Make sure not to place your thumb on the sensor, this will activate standalone mode instead of connecting to the app.
Make sure your moonbird is fully charged.
Close the moonbird app completely and restart it.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed via the App Store or Google Play.
Turn Bluetooth off and back on again.
Restart your phone.
Check if another Bluetooth device is connected to your phone. If so, try disconnecting it temporarily.
