If you're a Belgian customer, we’re happy to create an invoice with your VAT number and company details. Just send us the following info:
Order number
Company name
VAT or company number
Billing address
Email address
Contact us via hello@moonbird.life. We’ll pass this on to our accounting team and send your updated invoice as soon as possible.
For international customers:
Unfortunately, we can’t provide official invoices with VAT reverse charge for non-Belgian orders, as our webshop doesn’t support that setup. What we can provide is your order confirmation with proof of payment, issued in the name used during checkout.
