1. Complete your purchase:
Buy your moonbird as you normally would from our webshop.
2. Check your email:
After making your purchase, go to your email and find the order confirmation email.
3. Click "Get Reimbursed":
In the order confirmation email, locate and click on the "Get reimbursed" link.
4. Complete HSA/FSA evaluation:
Follow the instructions to complete the HSA/FSA evaluation form.
5. Wait for the letter of medical necessity:
Within 18 to 48 hours, you'll receive a letter of medical necessity via email.
6. Upload necessary documents:
Upload the letter of medical necessity and the receipt to your HSA/FSA administrator's portal to complete your reimbursement request.
By following these steps, you should be able to easily get reimbursed for your purchase using your HSA or FSA funds.
