The Order Tracking page requires that you enter the "#" symbol prior to your order number to work properly. For instance, you need to enter "#100000" instead of "100000".

If you don't enter the "#" symbol prior to your order number, the page will NOT work.

Notice how the page does not work when the "#" symbol is missing. Look at the next image to see how the page works when the "#" symbol is entered before your order number.
