As a therapist, you can easily turn off your camera and microphone, but this option is not available for the client.
Why turn off your camera and microphone during video calls?
When the client begins their tasks, seeing and hearing the therapists on their screen can be distracting. To help them stay focused, it’s often a good idea to temporarily disable both your camera and microphone during this phase.
Once the task is complete, you can quickly turn your camera and microphone back on using the following buttons:
If the buttons are gray, your camera and microphone are active and visible to the client.
If the buttons are red, your camera and microphone are not active and not visible to the client.
