The best way to request payment from a customer is to use Payment Links.
This feature generates a unique link you can send your customers via text message or email. When a customer clicks on this link, they’ll be able to review all the details of their reservation, enter credit card information, and pay any outstanding balances.
To generate a payment link go to a reservation requiring payment, click on “Links,” copy the link and send to your customer.
