Canceling/Reopening a Reservation

You can cancel a reservation by going to Reservation -> View More -> Cancel Trip.

You can also reopen a trip by clicking on “Reopen.”

NOTE: Moovs will automatically email a customer when a trip has been canceled if you have that feature enabled. You can turn this feature on/off by going to Settings -> Communication.
