Monitoring the farmed trips associated with Affiliates is essential for effective management and transparency. Please follow the steps outlined below to view it:

Step 1: Accessing the Affiliates Section

Open the Moovs App on your browser.

In the Home page, locate and click on the "Contacts" button on the left side.

Step 2: Navigating to the Affiliates Tab

Within the Contacts section, find and tap on the "Affiliates" tab. This tab is where you can manage and review Affiliate-related information.

Step 3: Searching for the Affiliate

On the Affiliates page, you will see a list of affiliates associated with the Moovs App.

To find the specific Affiliate whose farmed trips you want to check, use the search function or manually scroll through the list.

Step 4: Viewing the Affiliate Profile

Once you've located the Affiliate, tap on their name to access their profile. This will provide you with detailed information about the Affiliate.

Step 5: Accessing Farmed Trips Information

Within the Affiliate's profile, navigate to the "Trips" tab and click on it. This tab is where you can access a comprehensive list of farmed trips linked to the selected Affiliate.

Step 6: Reviewing Farmed Trips Details

On the Trips tab, you will find a list of farmed trips associated with the chosen affiliate.

Each entry in the list will provide the following information:

Date: This indicates the date on which the trip occurred.

Conf. No.: The Reservation number for the specific trip.

Type: Indicates whether the trip is categorized as a "Farm-in" or "Farm-out" trip.

Total Amount: The designated amount for the trip.

Status: Displays whether the trip has been paid or remains unpaid.

Important Note:

Trips associated with external affiliates will consistently display a "Not Paid" status. This is because payments for these trips are processed externally between operators. To facilitate proper record-keeping, you have the option to add an internal comment to the reservation, reminding you of any payment-related details.
