Booking a Ride with the Passenger App

In the world of modern transportation, convenience is key. At Moovs, we've designed our white label passenger app to ensure that booking a ride is not only hassle-free but also tailored to your specific preferences. In this article, we'll walk you through the seamless process of booking a ride with Moovs.

Step 1: Sign In or Sign up

Before you can start booking rides with Moovs, contacts will need to download your passenger app from the device's app store. Once installed, simply open the app, and contacts will be prompted to sign in or create an account if you're a new user.

For existing users, just log in using their mobile telephone number that they have previously used to create quotes or reservations with. Once entered to the log in screen, an automated, single use passcode will be sent as text message to the phone number provided and must be entered correctly to log in.

Step 2: Order Details

After logging in, contacts will be greeted with the Home screen of the app. Here contacts will touch Create a Trip to be taken on the journey of making a reservation or requesting a quote (this depends on your settings within the Operator App of Moovs).

On the first page of the reservation or quote request through the passenger app your contact is required to supply the following information:

  • Trip Type

  • Order Type

  • Date(s) and Time(s)

  • Pick-up and Drop-off addresses

  • Number of passengers

After clicking Next Step, your contact is taken to select a vehicle for their order.
The price may or may not be presented depending on settings within the operator app.

Once a vehicle is selected and the Next Step button is pressed your contact is taken to page three where they can confirm the selections and entries of previous pages, add payment information, and reserve or submit the quote.

Many of the settings that are made within the Operator App define the flow of- and your contacts' ability to make a reservation through the Passenger App, and it is designed to be exactly the same as the experience of your Booking Tool.

Booking a ride through the Passenger App is as easy as your contacts following these simple steps.
