Can’t make your session?

You can find the links to cancel or reschedule in the confirmation email you receive after you book. You will then be prompted to rebook with any of the coaches on the booking page.

We require a minimum of 48 hours before the start of the session to both cancel or reschedule, so that your slot can be used by another human.

If you cancel, we'll also ask you for a reason for your cancellation.

Please remember that on the other side of the call there is a person who has booked their time for you.

Before cancelling or rescheduling, please try to find a way of protecting this important time for you and for your coach. Sometimes our busiest times are precisely when we need to step back and take stock.

Need help to find the confirmation email?

Search an email called "Booked: Your coaching call with [coach name] is confirmed" in your inbox.

To make sure you can find the emails in your inbox, could you please do the following:

  • Search "all mail" for emails from hey@morehappi.com to try to uncover them in case they have been filtered into a tabbed inbox (if you use Gmail)

  • Check your spam

  • Add "hey@morehappi.com" to your email address book, this should help get them delivered to the main inbox moving forward.
