At More Happi it's a productive 45-minute one-to-one conversation where you can explore any specific goals or challenges. It's non-judgemental and 100% confidential.

Your coach will help explore your current reality and practical options for you to move forward so that you can achieve your goal and make a change. You'll feel more equipped and empowered by the end of the call.

It's also completely different to therapy or mentoring.

Mentoring is a conversation with a subject matter expert. They're there to share their expertise, advice, and personal opinion with you. Unlike a mentor, coaches are trained to help you find your own answers, they will never tell you what to do.

Therapy is traditionally (and broadly speaking) a journey of the emotional past, focused on diagnosis and resolution. It's based on coping and assumes that something within the individual is in need of fixing. Unlike therapy, coaching assumes the individual has everything they need within them to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. They are not broken or in need of fixing.

Coaches are trained facilitators of your learning, growth and development. They will help raise your awareness of both yourself and your situation. They will help you to understand where you’re at now and transforms it into a future that’s just right for you. Coaching is action-oriented so that you can take clear steps to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
