Why do I need to give feedback after my session?

Our mission is to create a coaching experience that not only supports, but transforms your life. We monitor coach performance closely and to do this we need to understand how each session has been for you, the client.

Our coaches are taking part in a career accelerator. They don't get paid. They're here to help you, to get more experience, and to get feedback. Think of your feedback as a personal thank you for the support that you've gained.

Before each session

We’ll send you an email with a link, one hour before your call takes place: It takes two seconds, and simply asks how you feel about the situation that you’ll take to your coach.

After each session

You’ll be sent a new link in an email, asking for an update on how you’re feeling after the session. We use this data and the data from the survey above to let us know if we’ve made you More Happi, so it’s really important that you complete this survey.

Is it confidential?

Yes. 100%. Usage data is anonymised, and the conversation between you and your coach will remain private. Our coaches love testimonials because they can use them to show their credibility in the industry, so please leave one if your session was helpful.

Booked a session?

Not sure what to say?

Here are a few examples of testimonials to inspire you to write your own. They can be as long or as short as you like, but please leave one if you can.

“My session really helped me look at some of the challenges I was facing at work from a different perspective. She listened, offered ideas about what tools or approaches I could implement differently and was good at gently challenging my assumptions or interpretations.”

“The coach helped me to understand my motivations and what it is that causes me to lose interest in certain scenarios and I now have some strategies formulated for addressing and circumventing that limiting behaviour.”

“I've never done anything like this before and so glad I've experienced it. My coach knew all the right questions to ask to help me explore my thoughts, feelings and to help me find the answers within myself.”
