Want to get the most out of your session? Then give some of these top tips a go.
1. Pick a starting point. Something that you wish you were better at. Or maybe it’s a situation that you’re not sure how to handle. Or that same cycle that you always seem to end up repeating, over and over. It can be a specific goal, or a bit more vague. Book your session. Then relax, you’ve already made a positive first step.

2. Bring a notepad or pen to jot down anything that you notice or learn in your session. Some make lists. Some draw pictures.
3. Turn up. We mean REALLY turn up. With an open mind, honesty and transparency. When you do that, everything changes. Your coach will guide you through the rest, using a series of questioning techniques and frameworks.
4. After the session, it’s time to reflect. Take some time out to think things through. It’s a good idea to journal and date your thoughts. You can even take notes of specific examples or behaviour cycles to share in future sessions.
5. Book another session. That’s it. You’re on your way to change.
