How will I be charged?

Billing depends on your type of subscription

Monthly subscriptions

When you first create your organisation account, you will be asked to create a subscription and add card details. Payments will be taken from the card added to your account and you will receive monthly invoices via email.

If you have one person on day 1, you are charged for one person and will receive an invoice.

If a week later you add another 5 people, your subscription is recalculated based on that new number of 6 seats.

Your start date for your subscription remains the date upon which you first took it out, but you will be charged for the remainder of that month at the new rate and will be issued a new invoice and your card will be charged for that new amount.

We will have deducted from that invoice three quarters of the amount you initially paid (as you've only used one out of the four weeks for which you initially paid).

Why?

This is to make sure that, if it takes longer than you'd hoped to add people, you have paid the right amount for that first period during which you perhaps only had one person on the system.

Enterprise subscriptions

Your contract and payment method will have been agreed and signed off by your organisation sponsor and the More Happi team.

Your base-line team size is the minimum contractual team size throughout the contractual period. Our enterprise contracts are billed quarterly in advance, so we will review your team size at the end of each quarter and invoices for the following quarter will reflect any additional user invites to the platform, based on the pricing tiers.
