Top tip: Use More Happi to help new starters thrive quicker

Starting a new job or role is always tough. New relationships. New ways of working. Learning to communicate effectively. Mastering new skills. It takes time to get up to speed but every day counts for your organisation. More Happi coaching can empower new starters to thrive and deliver more quickly.

Make it happen:

Time: Takes 5-45 mins

  • When someone joins the company, include info about More Happi in their starter pack or discuss it in their first meeting

  • Ask them to have at least one More Happi coaching session in work time, more if they’d like, to check in on themselves. We suggest regular coaching throughout their probation period.

  • Questions they could take to the coach: “I’d like to take some time to reflect on what’s working + what’s not” Or “I’d like to explore an area where I’m struggling”. This could be around communication, deliverables, managing expectations or something else.

  • Remind them that it’s 100% confidential, and that you’ll only see anonymised usage data.
