1. Ask a team member who’s feeling the strain if they have had a session with a coach

2. If not, ask them to explore with a coach what they need to change to feel better

3. Invite them to tell you how you can support them with improving things

4. Remind them the session is 100% confidential - you only see anonymised usage stats

5. Encourage them to have as many sessions as they need - creating healthy habits isn’t a quick fix
