1. Submit a Request
To start the process, contact our support team by:
Emailing us: Send an email to support@moreta.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Using the app: Go to the Menu page in the Moreta app, tap on Moreta Support, to send your request.
2. Verify Your Identity
For security purposes, we’ll need to verify your identity before processing your request. You may be asked to provide:
The email address linked to your Moreta account.
A verification code sent to your registered email.
3. Processing Time
Once your request is verified, we will process the deletion of your personal data. This process typically takes 24 hours, and we’ll notify you once it’s completed.
4. What Happens Next?
After your data is deleted:
Your account will be permanently closed.
Certain transactional data may be retained for regulatory or compliance purposes, but it will no longer be associated with your identity.
