You can invite anyone related to the work shared in the project through the Invite feature, with no limit on the number of participants.
1. Click 'Invite'
Select Invite at the top right of the project screen. You will see three different ways to invite participants.
2. Three Ways to Invite Members to a Project
1) Search by name or send email to existing collaborators
You can directly search for or enter the name of members who are already collaborating within the project and invite them.
Or, you can also type the email address of the user to send an invite.
2) Invite from the organization chart
You can invite participants by selecting from:
Employees in your company (Internal members)
External users participating in any project within your company (even if you are not part of that project).
Groups (Favorites) created in the PC app mini window
Tip!
If your organization chart has been set up, participants will appear in the chart when inviting members. You can also invite members by department. (See How to manage the organization chart)
3) Copy and forward the invitation link
Each project has a unique invitation link.
Click Invite at the top right of the project to view the project’s unique link.
Click Copy Invite Link, then share the link via messenger, email, or other communication channels. This allows you to easily invite both internal and external users.
Tip!
For projects frequently used by specific departments, keeping invitation links in a separate sheet makes it easier to bulk invite new employees later.
