Once you’ve submitted a consultation for our weight loss service, our clinical team get to work on assessing your suitability. Our payment system also places a ‘hold’ on the treatment price at your bank or card provider.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order at any stage before it has been approved by our clinical team. After it has been approved (usually in 1-3 working days), the order can no longer be cancelled and will be dispensed and dispatched to your given address.
