First-Time Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

14-Day Trial Period

  • New to Mortals? Try your first product risk-free.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your first Mortals product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works:

  • Order arrives → You have 14 days to try it

  • Not satisfied? Email us within the 14-day window

  • We review within 1–2 business days

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours

  • Funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, take pictures and contact us immediately at hello@trymortals.com.

  • We’ll make it right for all affected items—no questions asked.

Timeline: Please report any damage or shipping issues within 3 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.

How to request a refund

  • Your order number

  • Which product didn’t meet your expectations

  • Brief reason (helps us improve, but not required for approval)

Response time: Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing:

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours

  • Funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

Satisfaction Guarantee terms

Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Risk-free trial covers one product per customer

Order details:

  • If your order contains multiple products, additional products are considered final sale

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Subscription management

Cancel, skip, or modify anytime:

  • Log into your account at trymortals.com to manage subscriptions, or email hello@trymortals.com and we’ll handle it for you

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment

  • No commitments, no penalties—just flexibility

Subscription refunds:

  • The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your very first subscription order that has been delivered

  • If your subscription order has not yet shipped, we can process a refund or cancellation

  • Once an order has been shipped and delivered, the standard 14-day guarantee period applies from the delivery date

  • Subsequent subscription shipments can be canceled anytime before processing, but are not eligible for refunds once delivered
