Project Workspaces.

This feature is designed to give every project its own dedicated environment, complete with isolated chats, media libraries, and resources, so teams can work with greater clarity, organization, and focus. Instead of juggling conversations and assets across a shared space, users can now keep everything related to a specific project neatly contained within its own workspace.

With Project Workspaces, Helix becomes even more intuitive and efficient, enabling smoother collaboration, cleaner project management, and a more streamlined creative process. This update marks a significant step toward making Helix the ideal central hub for project-driven AI workflows.

This feature will be added to Helix after the new chat option.

You can click on the workspace and open a new workspace for a new project.

You can add instructions to the workspace: use UK English, give short answers, etc.

One of the main features of this workspace is that it can maintain a library of its own containing files. Click the workspace library option, and it will lead you to the library option. By adding content, you can add files to the library

The description of the uploading file is a mandatory field. It will help Helix analyze the data in the correct files.

If the file is accurate, the uploading bar will be complete, and the file will be added to the library.

If it does not meet the requirements, it will show in red as incomplete.

When this occurs, you must modify the file as the guide and reupload it into the library

Finally, you can see the status of the uploaded files in the library. It will take 2-3 minutes for a file to process and change into the ready status. Helix will only process the data of the Ready status files. You can simply remove the other files and reupload them accordingly.
