If the videos are not playing on your computer, try changing the settings: 

Step 1: Click the profile icon in the top right of the page

Step 2: Select "Mosa Mack default" from the dropdown next to “Select the platform you’d like to use for videos”

Step 3: Press Save

Step 4: Return to your lesson pages and play the videos.

Step 5: If you're still having trouble, return to your Account Info page and select "YouTube"

If the video is playing on your computer but not your students’, it is likely a permissions issue and your IT department will need to be notified.
