We have now implemented prompts to alert when a customer exceeds their credit limit. A credit limit of 0 is considered unlimited.
To set up a credit limit you will need to open the customers account and click into Edit account info
Then input the desired credit limit and save against the customers account.
Once a credit limit is set it can be viewed in various areas on the system detailed below:
Header of customer detail
Customer account information overview card now highlights exceeded limit balances in red.
Within documents/customer selector
Hover over the information icon to see the amount exceeded
