How Motics pricing works
Motics uses subscription packages and credits. Your Billing page shows the package, billing cadence, seats, trial status, invoices, and payment setup available to your organisation.
If your organisation has a pilot, enterprise agreement, or custom rollout, the pricing shown in the app may not cover every commercial term. Contact Motics support for contract-specific questions.
What are credits?
Credits are usage units for AI work in Motics. Depending on your plan and enabled products, credits can be used for:
Transcription.
Summary generation.
Summary regeneration.
Playground summaries.
Chat Agent messages.
Audit Agent runs.
Phone Agent sessions.
Where do I see my credits?
Open Settings -> Usage Credits.
Organisation owners, co-owners, and admins can see organisation credit usage and allocation controls. Members see their own allocated credits and usage.
What happens when credits run out?
If there are not enough credits, Motics can block the credit-spending action before it starts. Buy more credits or ask an organisation owner/admin to adjust allocations.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits are used automatically when included monthly credits are exhausted. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over between billing periods.
Who can buy more credits?
Organisation owners, co-owners, and admins can buy additional credits for the organisation. Individual users without an organisation can buy credits for their own account.
