Manage Billing, Subscriptions, and Invoices

Who can manage billing?

Only the organisation owner or co-owner can change plans, payment details, seat counts, and subscription settings.

Other team members may have read-only billing access. If you cannot see a billing action, ask your organisation owner or co-owner to make the change.

Open Billing

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Billing.

From Billing you can see:

  • Free trial status and trial end date.

  • Current subscription status.

  • Current plan and seat count.

  • Billing period.

  • Next renewal date or cancellation date.

  • Invoices and payment history.

  • Payment method and subscription actions through the secure billing portal.

Choose a package before your trial ends

If your organisation is on trial, the owner or co-owner can choose a package and billing cadence before the trial expires.

  1. Open Settings -> Billing.

  2. Choose a package.

  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing.

  4. Confirm the required number of seats.

  5. Click Continue to payment setup.

Team members invited during a trial inherit the same trial end date as the organisation.

Manage payment details and invoices

  1. Open Settings -> Billing.

  2. In Current Subscriptions, click Manage Billing.

  3. The secure billing portal opens in a new tab.

Use the billing portal to manage payment methods, invoices, and subscription settings.

Pause or resume a subscription

If your subscription is active and your role can manage billing, you may see a Pause Subscription button in Settings -> Billing.

If a subscription is paused, you can return to the same page and click Resume Subscription.

Download invoices

  1. Open Settings -> Billing.

  2. Go to Billing History.

  3. Click View or PDF beside the invoice.

If the billing data is temporarily unavailable, click Refresh Billing Data or try again later.
