To get started
Launch the application and adhere to the provided guidelines to set up your device.
To activate your personal tracker, gently open its top with your thumb, and switch it on. To switch on the device, hold the on/off button for 3 to 5 seconds and release. The light will blink red and/or blue when the device turns on. Ensure your device is fully charged before its first use. Refer to the screenshot below.
3. After switching it on, securely close the personal tracker. We recommend walking outdoors to properly calibrate your device.
4. Typically, your device should start transmitting data within 5 to 10 minutes of being activated.
5. The device will transmit a location every 60-75 seconds while moving and 120 seconds when stopped.
6. To activate the SOS alert, hold down the SOS button in the center of the device. This will send an alert notification to all connected devices. The alert will also show in the mobile app if the app is currently open.
7. You will receive an alert whenever the device's battery is low and requires recharging.
8. To turn off device, take off the cover and hold off button for 3 to 5 seconds. The light will turn off.
9. That's it! Your device is now ready for use.

Charging:
Connect the charging cable to the device's magnetic strip on the back to begin charging. The light will turn green to indicate charging has started and will turn off once the charge is complete.
