Setting up your Moto Watchdog device is just the beginning of a journey towards secure and hassle-free tracking. To get started
Launch the application and adhere to the provided guidelines to set up your device.
Hold the on button on the side of the device to turn it on. Hold the button for 3 to 5 seconds to turn it off. The lights under the rubber flap will illuminate once the device turns on. If the lights are not turning on, the device needs to be charged.
The device will transmit a location every 60 seconds once turned on. The device will go to sleep after 10 minutes to save power if it doesn't detect any movement. The device will immediately wake up once it detects movement.
The rear of the device is magnetic.
Device will go to sleep after 15 minutes of no movement and wake once it senses a vibration or movement.
Charging:
Open the rubber flap and plug in the USB-C cable into the slot. The red light under the rubber flap should illuminate. The red light will turn off once charging is complete.
Lights:
Red: Device is charging, will turn off once charging is complete
Yellow: Cellular, blinking indicates cellular activity and connectivity
Blue: GPS, blinking indicates GPS satellite activity
